Mayan Jaguar Lettuce
Dark red splashes are in high contrast over dark green ruffled leaves, wrapped into a tight upright head, with that bone crusher romaine crunch. The blushed hearts are pink as rose petals. This is a unique and beautiful romaine fountain of lettuce. Frank Morton—Wild Garden Seed variety. Open Seed Source Initiative (OSSI) pledged variety.
Jericho Romaine Lettuce
Bred for desert heat, Jericho thrives in hot summers. The tall, heavy, light-green heads retain their sweetness even when other lettuces have gone bitter. From Israel.
Fordhook Giant Swiss Chard
First introduced by Atlee Burpee in 1924, we received our seed from the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center. Very productive, large green leaves with large white stem. Great plant for Sonoma County
Flashy Collards
Big, vigorous plants produce sweet, tender mild, blue green leaves all summer and then over winter well to provide greens through the fall, winter and early spring.
