We are an all-volunteer group of local gardeners and seed savers.

We maintain a thriving Seed Garden and a community Seed Library located on the grounds of St. Stephens Church in Sebastopol.

Our Seed Library provides Sonoma County gardeners with free, locally grown, open-pollinated, pesticide-free & GMO-free seeds mostly grown in the Seed Garden on site. The varieties that are grown annually are curated by a group of very experienced gardeners. They look for open-pollinated varieties well-adapted to this region that are productive, have high nutritional value, or are of special interest.

Spring Seed Share

Our Early Spring Seed Share has ended.

We donated around 2,800 seed packages of seeds all grown in our seed garden.

That's pretty exciting!

In March we will be offering warm weather seeds.

Stay tuned!!

Seed Library

With the new variants of Covid19 spreading through California we have decided not to open the seed library at this time.

You can order spring and summer seeds online. Please sign up for our mailing list below so you do not miss any announcements.
